A wine list may be a simple sheet of paper or a bound, multi-page volume slightly smaller than War and Peace! There is nothing wrong with a short wine list, since a few wisely chosen wines is better than an encyclopedia of random selections of dubious quality.

Our carefully-created list of wines is a result of a real person being responsible for the wines on that list. We have found wines that offer the strongest value and admirably suited to the food.

Since we care enough to make good food, we have made a strong effort to put together a good wine list suited to complement our menu.
